Uko wava kw'itabi wifashishije iyi ngengabihe y'ingenzi

Waba Ukoresha itabi Kandi ushaka Kurivaho burundu, kugira ngo rero uhagarike itabi burundu, ugomba kugira gahunda (horaire) yo kugabanya buhoro buhoro uko iminsi igenda ishira. Dore gahunda ishobora kugufasha:

Icyumweru cya 1 – Kugabanya Umubare

  • Fata umubare w’itabi usanzwe unywa ku munsi (niba ari 6, urugero)
  • Gabanya 1 buri minsi 3 (ex: niba unywa 6, minsi 3 ya mbere unywa 5, izikurikiraho 4...)
  • Gira amasaha runaka wihaye yo kunywera itabi (ex: nyuma y’ifunguro gusa)

Icyumweru cya 2 – Kugabanya Kureba Itabi nk’Ikintu Cy’ingenzi

  • Kunywa itabi rimwe mu masaha wagennye (ntiwongere kubishaka buri kanya)
  • Tangira gusimbuza itabi ikindi kintu (ex: sukarine, chewing gum, kunywa amazi, cyangwa kurya imbuto)
  • Irinde ahantu hari abantu banywa itabi kenshi

Icyumweru cya 3 – Kugerageza Kureka Burundu

  • Fata umunsi umwe utanywa itabi
  • Nywa rimwe gusa ku munsi niba bikigoye
  • Shaka ibintu bigufasha kwirinda irungu (sport, imiziki, kwandika, kuganira n’inshuti)
  • Iyemeze gukomeza gutya kugeza igihe uzaba utakiryiyumvamo

Icyumweru cya 4 – Kureka Itabi burundu

  • Niba ugeze hano, ntukongere gufata itabi na rimwe
  • Uburyo bwo kurwanya kwiyumvamo kurinywa: kunywa amazi menshi, gukora siporo, kwirinda stress
  • Shishikariza abandi kugushyigikira muri iyi gahunda

Niba bikugoye, hari imiti cyangwa ibinini bishobora kugufasha kureka itabi (nk’ibifasha kugabanya irari ryo kurinywa). Ushobora kujya inama na muganga niba bikomeje kukugora.
